For reservations made outside the online booking system, the deposit payment must be made exclusively to the following Piraeus Bank account:

If you receive a different bank account, you may be a victim of fraud. In this case, please contact us immediately using a different communication method than the one you previously used (e.g., by phone).

Cancellation Policy (not applicable to special offers)
  • For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, no charges apply
  • For cancellations from 20 to 14 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total reservation amount applies
  • For cancellations from 13 to 7 days before arrival, a fee of 75% of the total reservation amount applies
  • For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, a fee of 100% of the total reservation amount applies
  • In case of no-show, a fee of 100% of the total reservation amount applie
